Door installed. Thanks to my good neighbor Greg who donated and helped install it. The glass in the door adds plenty of light in the coop.

Here we installed the exterior. 8x4 sheets of barn grade material. Easy to work with and reasonable. They even have faux grain and knots to simulate the barn look.

Here is where the fun begins. Fortunately I had my good neighbor Greg helping me. He was the brains of the operation. We had a great time putting this thing together. It cost twice as much and much longer than I ever expected but I learned a lot and had a great time with this project.
