I had leftover conduit from when I ran the electric fence for my garden, all I needed to purchase was the junction box.
The interior light is on a timer and there is a GFCI tucked up in the corner, The outside light is on a motion sensor. All of the romex was from a demo site I was working on. All I needed to purchase was the motion sensor light and the ceiling junction box.

The bottom part opens to get to the eggs.
reused all my electrical wire and outlets and most of the fixtures.
hot tub crate. Used about 5 of these, gave me all the structural lumber I needed other than the tall PT posts that elevates the coop.
