So here's a chick I hatched from my flock, I've gotten quite a few that have started to feather I'm white like this but this one is the only one I kept back and plan to grow out. She (or he for that matter) is feathering I totally white. From the down there's a faint light grey chipmunk type...
So my broody hen gave my day old to 2 week old chicks respiratory infections and most of them have it. How would I go about treating them for it since they're too small for injections?
So I did a hatch of chicken eggs and all them hatched but two. It's not quite like the internal pip that I normally see but I don't want to lose this baby either. It's the only bantam cochin that made it to lock down 😭
I have no idea honestly. I hope that they end up being girls. I'll have to get more pictures this week. I go off patterns to sex chicks. So far has not been wrong yet.
I know at least part Easter eggers because of the cheeks. I'm thinking momma was the Easter egger because my EE roo has always thrown pea combs, never a single.
Roosters:
-blue based Easter egger
- chocolate/ chocolate cuckoo orpington with recessive white.
Hens:
-Easter egger
-white leghorn...
