    I gave her 300 mg of calcium but I forgot to ask why you recommended it? I have a feeder with oyster shell calcium in their run as well as another for grit. I have everything set up for tomorrow to work on trying to release the egg from the vent.

    I think it’s soft shelled when I first touched it but now the air has dried it and it’s hard. I used olive oil to see if it would detach but it won’t. I will post a photo of it connected to a red stringy thing coming from inside her vent. Thank you so much for replying.
