    Laying hens with "water belly" or "ascites"?

    It's my first time dealing with ascites. My husband and I drained 110 ml from our head hen Buffy last evening. I checked her belly this afternoon and noticed that some of her skin is looking different. Could this be due to her belly "deflating" where it was stretched so far before?

    What food do you feed your dog?

    We have an Alexapure and I love it! I try to clean the whole thing every 10 gallons or so. If it isn't clean then using it is pointless. But the water tastes so good that I don't mind that chore at all!
