    Silkie with Chicks and Eggs

    1 week ago we were given a Silkie with a nest of 12 eggs under her. I do not know when the eggs were all laid or have any timeline. In the last week 4 eggs have hatched, and 2 have died. The hen seems to be either loosing interest in the eggs, or just can't handle typing to keep 6 eggs and 4...
