its a pekin, they eat unmedicated purina chick starter. Recently it’s been struggling to hold his wings at his side and struggles to hold his head up. he is still eating and drinking. i will attach a few photos in a minute.
I have a sick duckling. it holds its wings at its side and can barely walk. It appears to be shaking/ shivering even under the heat lamp. It’s beak is also very pale compared to the others. Does anyone know why this could be? and treatment?
my duckling is about 3 or 4 weeks old i believe, and it’s got an unusually pale beak compared to the others. Is this something i should be worried about? and if so what should i do about it? and p.s. the ducks are only temporary outside. they live in the garage on pine shavings with a heating lamp 😊

Nope! It doesn’t appear to be sore hocks, as i have had to deal with that before. The fur on her feet is fine, no sores and no blood. Thank you very much for your help anyways!
She’s about a year and a half. She’s a thrianta. She’s kept with two other females about her age- ones a mini rex and the other a harlequin, and they haven’t had an issue before. Thanks for the photo- looks pretty similar to my situation. Thanks again

Thank you!
