This is Butter. We got her from my sons school after his class hatch some eggs. We cannot nail down what breed she is. I know she's a mix but I can't figure out what. The woman who gave the eggs to the class said they were plymouth barred rock (which is evident in my roo...who is a cross also)...
Not much mine are scared of anymore. The exception...scrambled eggs!! They will not eat them and they run from them every time I try to give them some. Guess I can't blame 'em for being scared LOL
oh my goodness...I didn't realize EE's started laying that late either. Haha, it figures... my one and only pullet out of 5 chicks is an EE (rest are Barred Rocks and all roos).
