Have friends wanting my 12 week old cockerels to add to their flocks of 3 and 4 week olds. Any concerns they should be aware of?

The chicks made it through the cold in the coop! Tossed them out the window into the run yesterday and happiness ensued! Out of town for a week and then time to teach them using the cop door. All 17 still thriving; counted 9 pullets. Keeping 2 cockerels and putting the other 6 up for rehoming.
