Well I gave them to the chickens and they had zero interest in them and wouldn't eat them. Lol.

Sorry I wasn't more clear but that's all it said on the package. I bought them at costco. There's just too many for my wife to eat before they go bad so I figured I'd give some to the chickens if it was safe. Since they are human food I guess it's OK for them.

Thanks for the link. All I'd seen locally and on amazon was larger pieces in the 75 -100 range which is out of my budget for a 2 bay nest box. 20 is much more doable.

Give it some time. They are still young. It takes a while before they start laying regularly, especially after the stress of a move.

Just an update. I switched them over to starter feed and have been feeding 3-4 handfuls of meal worms a day. One of my girls is in a molt now so I'm sure this extra protein will help with that too.
