    Well I currently have a coop that is 3x4 so I figure it is large enough for 4 hens. I've drawn up plans for a coop that is 8x4. I can legally have 12 hens. So I'll keep 4 until I've finished the coop, then I'll add 8 more. It'll take me a while because I don't get much time off from work.

    Got a golden buff (just another name for a gold sex link, like a golden comet I assume) and a barred rock. I'm already addicted, I'm going to go pick up another two black australorps today!

    I want to get some golden comets, i don't want to have to order online. Does anyone know if they have GCs at chickens galore or can anyone reccomend a reputable breeder in socal that does? Google didn't turn up anything
