My chickens were killed between 11:30pm to 7:30-8 am. Feathers were everywhere in and out of the coop! I walked around looked into our coop and saw my sons favorite bird dead on the ground.
A couple were decapitated and all were killed by being chased caught by the tail feathers being ripped...

I think you may have answered your own question. That looks like an injury of some kind and if it doesn’t improve soon then you may have to choose your rooster or the guinea.
I am only trying to revive this Spokane thread and potential start connecting with local chicken folk! I would love a local source for silkies!! My husband has OK'd me to get two pullets for our grandchildren and to keep as 4H birds/pets!
