I have decided to sell a few. I have one White Rock(10), 1 Silver laced Wyandotte(12), and one Columbian Wyandotte(10). They are all laying and are not quite a year old. I am in the Arab area.

I had that happen with my Silkie Roo. We let him and our standard sized roo out at the same time by mistake. I saw the standard sized one coming toward the Silkie and I worried about the poor little thing. That "poor little silkie" puffed out his chest and jumped up on the back of the bigger...

There are some things you can do to fix it, but I do not think it is worth it. I would get rid of him before he hurts someone. It would be terrible if he hurt your kids.

I have heard of folks using sea weed. We have cut the grass here (north AL) and threw it in right after cutting it. The hens love it.

Have you tried the Farmer's co-op in your area? I know the one here will get special orders, but only if you ask.

I am selling 5 Welsh Harlequin ducks. There is one male and 4 female ones. They are 4 weeks are and adorable. I am in the Marshall county area.

When can you put them outside? We got some WH that are about 3 weeks old. WH are not huge ducks, but they sure are growing a lot faster than chickens. They are just beginning to get their pin feathers in. I just have 5..but oh the mess. I have tunred off the lamp, but since they are inside it...

I have used it to tell the difference. It is easiest when they are about 1-2 days old, Also, with some breeds, like Sebrights, it does not seem to work. It is also a bit harder when checking birds that are different breeds in a flock. I think it works best when you are comparing all of the...

There are less Gold ones here than silver. Overseas, there are more gold. There they only include the gold in their standards. Here either color is ok. You can breed them together.
