I think she was just flirting haha. I saw her and the drake together yesterday, I think she is his favorite, since then she has quieted down to normal. I've seen him fall off her back but not actually witnessed the act. Should I leave my eggs in the nest now? I don't know if anyone will sit on... -

Im not sure, I saw the bigger one kick her off the food once or twice but otherwise they got along. when it was just her and the other hens?( if that's what their called, girl ducks) she had a friend and the big hen was always alone. -

she is still very busy, I went out and changed the water to find her with my largest female duck on top of her, ive never seen ducks mate but the other duck was holding the feathers on the back of ginas head like roosters do to hen. could she just be trying to get attention from the drake? -

Hi, I just joined and am hoping for Swedish duck info. I've had 4 for about 2 months and I have no duck experience. I love the variety of color and pattern you get from Swedish and have decided to keep my flock pure. Any info on keeping them would be appreciated :) thanks
