hello, I recently added a drake to my all girl flock of 3 and one hen will not stop quacking, she isn't chasing him, acting freaked out or anything like that. Just quacking, while she eats, while in the pool, while shes sleeping haha its driving me crazy, I don't wanna rename her dinner but I have backyard ducks and my neighbors are probably getting annoyed too.

she is still very busy, I went out and changed the water to find her with my largest female duck on top of her, ive never seen ducks mate but the other duck was holding the feathers on the back of ginas head like roosters do to hen. could she just be trying to get attention from the drake?

Im not sure, I saw the bigger one kick her off the food once or twice but otherwise they got along. when it was just her and the other hens?( if that's what their called, girl ducks) she had a friend and the big hen was always alone.

I don't know then! All I can say is that my girl (yes hen - not at all confusing on a chicken forum!) Crumble has had a very difficult time gelling with the main group.
She has been my most vocal bird (but nothing like as bad as what you are describing); I think it's down to insecurity but she came from another flock so she could just be very noisy!
Group dynamics are different from bunch to bunch so it's difficult to say; but I'd give it some more time before maybe trying something like changing sleeping arrangements or separating her or the drake to see what happens.

Ducks, like us have their own individual and unique personalities. If your ducks grew up together, they obviously have a stronger bond, therefore, adding a new member will bring about unpredictable reactions. However, ducks are very good about meshing well together so just give it some time.

Tip: Add in another set of feeder with food and water in the beginning as this has always helped the gel-ing process when introducing new ducks to the family of ducks. Your goal is to not have the new duck over due its welcome in a sudden, "HERE I AM! I'M GOING TO EAT YOUR FOOD, DRINK YOUR WATER AND BE ALL UP IN YOUR SPACE!"

I think she was just flirting haha. I saw her and the drake together yesterday, I think she is his favorite, since then she has quieted down to normal. I've seen him fall off her back but not actually witnessed the act. Should I leave my eggs in the nest now? I don't know if anyone will sit on them but I don't want to miss out on ducklings. Is there anything special I can do to encourage her? Thank you everyone for the info :) I'm so glad I found this site!
