In case you're left wondering, the chicks remain nomadic. Except when they're hanging out with the cows.
And now I have something else to distract me....
Found them roosting in a tree. Snuck up... Reached from above to grab... And they both slipped through my fingers. It was like greased pigs.
Hopefully I'll find them tomorrow night, again.
Thank you for these suggestions. I went out last night, only to discover they are not roosting where they did when they were with mother hen.
I'll start hunting around and find their roosting spot. I appreciate the red light suggestion.
