    Sourdough day today, I think it is about five weeks old today. I started the bread last night and baked it this afternoon. Pizza crust dough I started this morning. I failed to get a picture of the finished product but it was good. I found this little joker where she wasn't supposed to be.

    I don't know how many were brought in today, eleven hens, they got up to eight to ten a day and then dipped back to two to four eggs a day. Not sure what is going on, they were two years old in January.

    A friend has a Jack Russel named Alli, short for Alligator. I like having dogs but I'm not home enough and my wife has dementia and can't stay on top of things well enough to keep up with a new pup. That's why I said a fully trained dog in my original post.

    Thank You The little dog was just short of sixteen, mostly deaf and partially blind and arthritic so we knew at some point we would lose her. The big dog was ten and just got hit with several problems at once and couldn't overcome them.
