    I would assist the first one and see if it's stuck before helping the other two. You can search how to assist hatching on here. I just take the top part of the shell off. Then wet the membrane to look for veins. If there's not alot of blood in the veins I peel it off and fold it over the edges...

    It's not pasty butt. There was some on the feathers around her butt but it came right off. It was like she pooped while laying there today. She just started it sometime today. I found her when I checked on her during my lunch break. And she seemed fine yesterday.
