Chickens don’t like change so that with the heat would definitely throw them off laying.
Mine freak out when I completely clean their coop.
What kind of incubator are you using?
They won’t be moving much if they’re cold but if heated up again are likely fine. The internal egg temperature is more stable than shell temperature.
Did she give up entirely? Do you have an incubator? Is it hot out where you are?
IME if the chick has developed well the saddle shaped air cells aren’t an issue at draw-down. They draw down into normal shapes and the chick pips fine.
The only problem is if it caused an issue with the chick getting into position to hatch.
I keep an eye out for pips outside of the air cell.
I think humidity also plays a large part with mixed egg hatches. Bantams tend to have thinner shells and in my experience need higher humidity.
I aim for 50% first 18 up to 70-75% at lockdown.
