    I have a sick hen, Miss Bitey the Speckled Sussex. She's gone lame in her right leg, breathing a little labored. She had a huge poop and it had a three inch long roundworm in it. Any suggestions or recommendations for deworming for my girl?

    Sounds normal. I've had roosters crow if they woke up or were woken up at different hours of the day. Doesn't last too long, they'll go back to sleep.
