I will do that! Although when I went out today again I realized the bulge had decreased in size substantially, I can now see his eye, and I know he can use it decently since he now reacts to things he sees from that eye. I'll send a picture soon. Thanks everyone for the advice
The bulge isn't as big but it looks like this now. This yellow thing appearing, my rooster behaves normally but he clearly either can't see on his other eye or just very bad vision.
Why does my Roosters left eye suddenly look like this? Every other chicke is fine except this one. Do you know what it could be and how I can cure it? At first I thought it was blindness but this Rooster gas never been blind, and it seems as if his eye is swollen. Please help.
Not all of these may be APA approved but these are some chicks that I just got, they're all wyandottes but is anybody here able to tell what variants are here. I can tell for some of them but not all and would like to get some extra pairs of eyes to look at it. These are all popular breeds it's...
Just wanted to know when I should let my Light Brahma Chicks out. They do mature slower as I know they're a bigger breed but, they’re already getting big at 5 weeks old. When should I take them out of the brooder?
So I have 8 light brahma chicks and I wanted to know is it possible to sex them even at the young age of 1 week? And secondary less important question is how big can they really get and how long does it take for full size I know they mature earlier than they reach their full size.
I'm a complete noob with chickens regarding SoP area, so thank you for enlightening me! I think i meant something like what to feed to get it to its full size I could've worded it way better but I'm sure this is a a pure orpington just wanted to know what to feed it to get it to full size
