My golden wyodonette Lucy has been picked by our other hen in the coop. It started off with a small patch now bigger. I increased their feed with 20%protein feed and giving them more worms. Anything else I can do? Should I separate them? And how long till more feathers come back?

I have two hens Betty and Lucy. About two days ago I noticed Lucy losing feathers in this area of her neck. I checked her skin no redness or signs of mites. And her skin near her vent is clear and tons of feathers.
Could it be molting or is the other hen Betty picking her? What can I do? Add...

Our golden Wette Lucy has a worn spot on her beak. She and our other chicken, Betty rubbed their beaks on the Rapp wire of their coupe. Any good advice for helping it heal? Do I need to supplement their feed?
Attached is a picture of our feed and Lucy.

My neighborhood is not ver chicken friendly so I need to rehome pretty quickly. Open to any advice. The rooster is very nice not aggressive.
