Is there any coughing, sneezing like sounds? Any liquid dripping? Look for other sings of illness or injury. The video isn't working so it's hard to say. It could be normal, if no other signs of illness are taking place.

The temperature doesn't have an effects on laying, the light cycle does. The days being shorter have signaled her to take a much needed break from laying. Once the days start to get longer she will resume laying. <3
I have not heard that silks are good winter layers. Keep in mind even the best winter layers typically take a break during the winter for a short time. When the days start to get longer she should start laying again.
I personally have not had any issues with my bantam being with larger chickens. I had a friend stop at TSC and pick some chicks up on his way back from town & he accidentally was given a bantam. She fits in just fine and actually holds her own ground. I would watch for anything super aggressive...

Chickens, like humans, ARE born with the amount of eggs they will have for their entire life time. Genetics plays a big role in how many that amount is.
