Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows how cold one week old baby ducklings can tolerate outside if they're with their mom. She's a great mom so far, but sometimes she sleeps with them tucked under or around her in the wet part of the coop near the waterers instead of the dry nesting boxes...
Yikes! I missed a lot too and I don't think anyone needs to get ugly about it. I hope that's the last of the name calling :P

I've only been letting my other 3 out under supervision- they are not pleased with me about staying cooped up most of the day. I would LOVE to get a Great Pyrenees- I already checked the rescue site in our area :)...

Ugh- that means my aviary netting probably isn't deterring the hawks at all! You would think they'd be afraid of getting trapped since you had it attached all around- but I guess if they're hungry enough they'll risk it.
