thanks all for the reply..bought some gamebird stater today.

i dont have any gamebird starter feed. i gave them mealworms since day one.(3 days old now)..they love it. are meal worms providing enough nutrition for them ? btw hatched 9 out of 10 eggs

i put my 2 weeks old out side too ...it's cool here. day 7x, night 5x. they are happy and active

i put them in a shoe box , i was able hook up a 75watt bulb with my car power inverter. took about 20 minutes to dry them up.

so last night we had a power outage and the chicks(hungarian partridge) are old 3 days old. just 5 minutes after the light out , all the chicks got wet by ran into the waterer. all of them looked cold to dead , guess what i did to save them.( no electricity, no generator, no gas. no wood, chick...

i hope 55-60% is ok for my hungarian partridge. set them 3 days ago...they are too expensive if i screw up (24 eggs for $70)
