    I just looked at the bands and I guess they're a really hard plastic. Important part is they're off. Go Hubby.

    YAY. Hubby was able to get the bands off with Kamisori Sissors made in Korea. He wanted me to say where they were made. Men. lol Faith and Gracie are very happy ducks now. :-D Thank you all for the suggestions.
