    ACV, as far as I know, should only be added to their water for 2-3 days at a time with a week's break before reinstating.

    Whenever my chooks get injuries (cuts, sprains, etc) I use plantain balm on them. I have also used comfrey balm to heal a broken rooster leg. For a general tonic/de wormer, I like apple cider vinegar and garlic.

    Rural mouse, you sound like me! Into the main coop asap. I currently have 6x 4.5week olds in a brooder that will go into the main coop at around 8 weeks. It's getting quite cold here overnight (0C) so I'll keep them in the brooder a bit longer.. I much prefer to have a broody hen rear them...
