i've heard they sell chicks, but I was told that the chicks there look sick... i've never been there myself, so I can only take my buddies word. What is your experience with their chicks?

I live in deep South Texas along the border, and I'm wondering if the Cornish Cross can do well in the humid summer heat? I'd say on average, the temps are about 97, with the highs being around 105. I think I know the answer to this question, but I just wanted to ask experienced owners...
first off, i need to get them some treats...but I did sprinkle their feed down the ladder, but they focused on the feed that hit the ground and not the ladder.
