    hi guys, the chick is doing great. his ear is still scabby but not like before. it seems better. tomorrow is the 3rd day of antibiotics. should I continue or stop at 3 days? they all seem well. they eat and drink and they come when I call them for food....

    btw I have a mosquito trap but it doesnt get them all. the chickens free range during the day and night they are in a covered enclosure

    we have mosquitos.... it is Aruba after all. so should I just let it be? one chick I just lightly cleaned with peroxide and neosporin. the other had some puss so I removed it.... and the first one had a big chunk of puss and now looks better like its healing.     update.... got home, his ear was kind of scabby again so I cleaned it good, again and applied more neosporin. i found slight swelling on 2 other chicken ears :( but very mild.... so i cleaned those also. they all seem happy. I let them out a bit to run around. will get them later for a picture.

    good morning ! he is looking much much better! I cleaned again with hydrogen peroxide and applied neosporin. will upload a new picture when I get back home. have an amazing morning!
