She got her head stuck between 2 walls in our coop and the back of her neck looks scraped off basically. How should I go about treating this so it doesn’t get infected?
I live in Montana so the winters are pretty brutal in my area, I don’t have pictures right now but I can get some tomorrow. Hopefully the molt will help
Im not sure if that is spelled correctly but during the winter we kept a heat lamp in the chickens coop and it singed their tail feathers and back feathers. Will they grow back and are there other ways that I can make sure that they do?
My baby chick I’m worried about is the runt of the others and I’m constantly having to clean her behind, is there something wrong that I can fix or is it normal? I didn’t have these problems with the others
She eats and drinks but when I reach down to check anything the rest take off trying to get away and she doesn’t really try. Maybe she’s just more friendly? I don’t know but I will deifneitly try those tips. Thank you so much!:love
My baby chic that I picked up just yesterday is much slower than the others. I’ve made sure to check for anything wrong and clean her but I have no idea. I just don’t want my baby to die, any ideas?
Awe thank you so much, now I just gotta figure out how to get around using this thing totally worth it if I can figure out what’s going on with my baby
