Im not sure if that is spelled correctly but during the winter we kept a heat lamp in the chickens coop and it singed their tail feathers and back feathers. Will they grow back and are there other ways that I can make sure that they do?

Once they molt hopefully they will grow back then.

I live in Montana so the winters are pretty brutal in my area, I don’t have pictures right now but I can get some tomorrow. Hopefully the molt will help

If providing heat is necessary in winter, then you may want to consider finding an alternative source of heat other than lamps. Radiant coop heaters may be better, I've never used them, but if you search here on BYC or pose the question about them in the forums, I'm sure those that use them will be happy to give your their input.

Each winter, sadly, there are several reported coop fires and loss of birds due to heat lamp use in coops. Feathers, bedding and dust or a lamp getting knocked down are suspected causes.
