    I made my saddles out of thick felt but in the end got rid of Eddie. My favorite Buff Orpington jumped up in my arms one night when he looked at her and that was it. See ya later Eddie!!! Good luck.

    Thanks. It!s a tough one for sure. Wish he had worked out. I just want a nice roo, any recommendations? I have buff orps, americaunas, and barred rock hens. Would like to add some more girls but wanted them treated well.

    Thanks for your input! I think he might be a jerk too! In your opinion what is my best bet at finding someone to take him? I know once he goes he's no longer mine but I hate the thought of him be used for cock fighting.

    That helps a lot! Thank you. I'll put the nesting boxes on the North wall and the roosts on the West wall. Can't wai to get my girls in their new Chick Inn!!!

    Just converted our shed into a chicken coop. It's awesome...and big! My question is..is it more important for the roosts or nesting boxes to be closer to the window for light? Or does it matter at all? Thanks for your expertise!
