    Sick chicken with watery poop,lethargic

Hello all. We have a year old laying RIR who about a week ago started acting off. Her head listed to the right and she kind of walked in circles. We wondered if she had an injury but yesterday I saw the attached poop from her so think she has something. I don’t have the resources to take her to...

Is there a general treatment for a flock of chickens if two have diarrhea?

We introduced 3 new chickens to our flock 2 months ago, so now have 6. All are 1-4 years old. Since then one or two of them has had almost constant diarrhea. I can’t figure out which one. Any ideas what I can do to help this baby?

I have been watching her and they don’t pick on her when she’s outside walking around anyway, but in the coop I don’t know. I’ll try the paper towel trick, anything else to look for to determine if it’s lice or mites? Thanks for the advice!

Any ideas what I can do to help this baby?

Chicken with brood patch has lump under it

I couldn’t catch her this morning but the lump looked slightly smaller and her chest wasn’t so red. I wonder if she just irritated it with too much picking yesterday. I’m going to try to get my husband to help me corral her tonight. Thanks again!

hey all! I have a brown leghorn that for some reason has always picked out her own chest feathers. She’s not even a year old, and lays great eggs for us.she doesn’t exhibit other brooding behavior like trying to sit on her eggs all the time so we’ve just let her be. The brood patch never seems...
