    Do I need a fan kit for Hova-Bator?

    Just bought a new HOVA-BATOR INCUBATOR 1602N TURBO CHICKEN incubator....This is my first attempt at hatching chicks! it is a still air... I'm thinking about buying the fan kit (Another $25) Is this necessary? Will it really increase my hatch rate? I'm a newbie so any advice is appreciated. :)

    Do I have a Polish? Any ideas?

    We thought we had a Sultan, but now after reading think it's a Polish of some sort. We are new to chickens and just bought an assortment from the feed store. Any ideas? We do have one Polish (black w/ white head) and it is VERY clear he is a Roo.. (crowing, etc) We aren't too sure about this...
