Broody goose with chicken eggs !
How did it go? I have an African Grey goose who gets broody and sits on my duck eggs. She raised two male ducks a couple of years ago. It was the sweetest thing! I think I took more pictures of them following her around than I took of my own kids. Haha! Jk. Anyway, I don't need anymore ducks...- Atschiele

We have those but they're more of a pine beetle larvae. They're white and kind of gross. However, I'm sure the ducks and chickens would LOVE them! -

Thank you! I have been adding the electrolyte powder to their water and have specific duckling food for them. Flies? Wow! I'll look to see if our feed store has them! How about crushed up dried mealworms? -

I will probably do that today. It's been over 3 weeks. I did, however put a chicken egg under her :) not sure if it's fertile. I'll candle that one too. -

Sadly, only one so far. Two died right after they hatched :( there are still six eggs left. I'm not sure if they are fertile or not. This one is healthy though! Eating and drinking like normal. -

Oh definitely. He gets busy with both females especially when I change the water in their bathtub. Which is pretty much once a day :) Thank you so much for Sharing your information! -
