    Last post on this- On the 10th i was able to get the scab stuff completely off. So, under everything in those photos was red healthy tissue! After that the prolapse went back in easily so she's been back with the rest of the flock and is back to her normal self

    Yeah ill try to see if the one avian vet nearby can take her in the coming days but that decision ultimately is up to my parents. Good news though is today the crusty tissue was coming off a bit. She also loves all the warm baths and treats so am just hoping the situation improves more. Thanks...

    So my hen has had a prolapsed vent for around 4 days now but I'm not sure how to proceed at this point. The first day I found her she had poop stuck in the prolapse so I gave her a bath and flushed away the debris. I got rid of everything I could but there was still a something left in the back...
