They are around 5-6 months old. Not laying yet. I live in Texas where it’s pretty humid but today was our first cold weather day. Maybe it was attributed to that? I’m not sure. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on them to see if anything changes. I guess I’m just being a worry wart! :rolleyes:
I’m not sure if this is abnormal or not. I noticed that my chickens have what seems like a white discoloration around their beaks and maybe even their combs? It’s almost like what happens when your skin gets dry and “ashy”. Do chickens get dry skin/beaks?
They all seem fine and nothing else has...
Update:
She seemed to be getting more alert but today she has regressed and is now keeping her eyes closed and is still doing what she originally was, sort of craning her neck and opening her mouth to breathe. I looked into her eyes and they’re all red.

My husband just went to go buy one. Once we find out how much she weighs to give the correct dosage, do you think mixing it in some water and then dividing it up into equal parts based on the dose she needs would work?
