    What to do with my rooster?!

    I have not had much luck with roosters. We had two (at different times) but they were both mean and attacked our 10 year old, so I found homes for them on freecycle. I did stipulate that we prefered that they not be eaten.

    Perhaps you are right. I just went back out and she seems to be favoring one leg. They have only recently joined the big girls in the coop and there has been lots of pecking and shrieking. I think I need to build another roost!
