New Muscovy Adoptee
I believe he is a summer hatch so a few months old ? Fully feathered out but still has that sweet duckling chirp. I went out and weighed him and he weighs 7-8lbs . Will he continue to pack on weight or should he weigh more by now? I am loving all the pics of your all scovies! So pretty! -

Oh she/he is fully feathered for sure. Works on them constantly! They are very pretty I can't wait to see if the color changes any. -

Hmm I am still leaning toward male too. Very sweet and friendly. He spent his first few months without any feathered friends so has been pretty independent from the flock thus far. I hope he knows he is duck. He actually seems more interested in talking to the geese so maybe once they stop... -

What does your duck house look like?
This is my night club/pen to keep the babies safe at night. It is attached to a metal shed that is filled with bedding which so far they only use to lay eggs. I added remote controlled rope lights to do spot checks if I hear something at night. I need to get some pics of it during daylight... -

That is a great idea about the wet suits. I was able to trace her foot and sew kind of a rough draft out of thicker fabric last night. I just wanted to see if I could figure it out. It turned good so as soon as I get some of the wet suit material I think I'll be able to make her a good pair... -
