    Unfortunately yes. I start digging into the Bob White Restoration plan a few weeks ago and I came across this for game bird breeding. Depending on how many game birds/eggs you plan to raise, the yearly permit from TPW can range from 27 to 189.

    Cool thanks, Ill give those folks a call . I believe the A&M's are tad bigger. From the research I have done, A&M crossed the Bobs and the conturnix for a potential chicken replacement. incubation time is around the same time as Bobs. I picked the A&M's so I don't have to have all the permits...

    Yes, so far nothing in the A&M variety on CL. A few folks selling coturnix eggs. With all the horror stories of Ebay shipping in BYC, I am tad bit gun shy. =D
