    Yeah, I've asked about it & he indicated that he's vaccinated. So either the vaccine didn't give full coverage, or he didn't actually vaccinate. I've asked him for a list of what he does with the chicks he sells. He's got a beautiful farm with many species of what would appear to be healthy...

    Major Mud and Heavy Rain - Pea Gravel? Sand? Need advice.

    We have drainage issues behind the house. We've dug a channel about 1 for deep x 2 feet wide. At the bottom, we dug extras holes using a fence post digger. There's holes are about 2 feet apart, and go an extra 18" down. We filled all of this with pea gravel, though I wanted to fill with larger...

    So, I had 5 healthy birds for nearly a year. Then my new dog killed 2. We moved the coop into the fenced garden area, in like early January. So forarging changed drastically then, from grass yard to a garden with cedar mulch around raised beds. I'm hoping to figure out a way to plant mung beans...
