    Last night we let all the chicks out of the coop for the first time. They loved it. And so did we. I just hope they didn't get a tummy ache from all the grasshoppers they consumed.

    It's not too heavy. It's just hard to push through the tall grass. But by pulling it through the area the chicks have knocked down, it's manageable.

    The coop is 4'x4' and the run is 4'x 8'. It seems to be a good size for 8 hens, as they can all fit in the shade outside in the heat of the day.
