just put my new chic tractor out to pasture with 8 chickens of various breeds.

The coop is 4'x4' and the run is 4'x 8'. It seems to be a good size for 8 hens, as they can all fit in the shade outside in the heat of the day.

I really like the practical design of it! One thing to mention, make sure that it has enough ventilation.

It's not too heavy. It's just hard to push through the tall grass. But by pulling it through the area the chicks have knocked down, it's manageable.
