    wintertime in NH

    It has finally gotten cold up here and I don't think my girls are adapting well. I have two birds losing feathers around their neck. I don't see mites on them... What could be causing this feather loss? Thanks in advance Josh Bohmier

    Thanks for the information. Now that winter is coming I have been very concerned because we have had a major slow down in production. But I am going to focuse on a few things and see if we can get our production back up. Joshua Bohmier

    Lost 2 Chickens

    We lost two chickens the other night. Throughout the summer we got lazy and stopped going down and closing their door at night. Well a raccoon got in there and killed two birds. Very sad and agravating. Needless to say, I go down every night now and make sure the door to the run is coon...
