Anyone know if the 2 in the front look like ladies? They are 14 week old copper marans (apparently). Also...this one? Lady? 11 week old unknown...assuming black sex link And our last lady? Not sure what she is..was told a cross...don't care cause we love them all so much! Really hoping...- bananaoh

Wondering what breed and or gender my 4 chickens are??
Hey there! We took 2 chicks from our sons classroom hatching project so we are not sure the breed or sex...We suspect 'April' is a boy. We bought the other 2 'girls' and were told they are Black Copper Marans...I'm pretty sure Penny is but not sure abut Terri. This is 'April' - 6 weeks...- bananaoh

New Chicken mom
Hi there! I just officially joined BYC formally although i have been creeping around learning so much from all of you for several months. We just built a coop and run in our backyard in Hamilton, Ontario Canada...our flock is small...just 4 'girls' although we feel one may be a roo...patience...- bananaoh
