    if you're talking about diameter you are correct. Yeah i experimented with shallower trays (looks better!) but the deeper ones prevent a lot of the spill over.

    I'm going through the same thing. No eggs in a loooong time. I've got some 5 moth olds that should be laying soon but we will see. Also, someone stole my Rooster I was saving to breed with this 3rd generation. Anybody have a Wheaten Roo they want to sell me ?

    Hey there! A buyer came by and and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Sold all my mixed breeds to him so there are no pictures. On a side note, two days later my pure blood rooster in the pic above was stolen. Left the chickens - took the rooster. very strange.
