    Perhaps perhaps, still would be confused about the somewhat “bloody” feathers around a lone tree, I also looked around the area where the last pile of feathers were left and all I saw was a few nests(most likely from crows) and a large tree burrow

    today morning, at around 5:30AM , I started to see that a hen was very eager to go outside and begin her day, as I let the hen out, almost instantly I hear a the hen make a brief sound of discomfort, I quickly look out the window and.. the hen’s gone and there’s a pile of feathers left behind...

    Sadly only one chick was born successfully out of a dozen eggs, we are looking to purchase baby chicks and introduce them to the broody hen to make company for the future generation of chickens (we do not have time for any online ordered chicks to arrive unfortunately we need our single chicken...
