I am trying to figure out how to attach an automatic door to my coop, but everything I find shows the door outside the coop. Suspicious wattle (15 weeks)
She laid her first egg today so officially a pullet! She started developing wattles around 6 weeks, so I am pleasantly surprised she turned out to be a girl.- basquem

Suspicious wattle (15 weeks)
This guy / girl has kept me guessing from the beginning! Comb and waddle showed up a little earlier and have been a little redder then the other chicks. Tiny bugs
Definitely mites. They got bigger and I could see them all over the coop at night. Cleaning out the coop today and as soon as I started digging around in the bedding I found them everywhere!!! I don't know what they are, but I think I've got them too. Took the young chicks out of the barn and put them in the run and when I came inside my skin was crawling. Pulled off 4 before I jumped in the shower.- basquem
