    I put ping pong balls in there hoping that would help. I did have them penned up for a day with still no eggs, but that was it. I suppose I should do it for longer to be sure.

    Roo or Pullet?

    I'm new to owning chickens and have an Orpington mix that is around 3 months old. Was told by the man who gave "her" to me that it was a pullet, but then someone mentioned that the tail looked cockerel. Hoping some experts out there might be able to tell from a picture.
