    Not layind eggs

    My chickens are only 3 years old..havent layed eggs in about a year....checked coop and run for snakes etc....they get premium layer food...added oyster shell??? Someone suggested giving them a bath?? End of my rope

    Antibiotics??

    My 6 1/2 month old spotted Sussex has started laying eggs....i have been treating her with tylan and terramycin for an eye infection. ..now cleared up..havent given her antibiotics for 1 week .....when are the eggs safe to consume?

    How long before improvement

    There is an white...not opaque area twords the back of her eye...pus?.. could go either way have been cleaning eye with warm compress 2x daily before ointment

    My spotted sussex poked her eye,, started treating with terrsmycin.in her eye.....10 days then have been giving her oral tylan 50 for 3 1/2 days. 1ml by mouth. She is doing better but I'm wondering ??? Eye after treating with ointment and warm compress....much better....last three days with oral...

    My 6 month old spotted Sussex poked it's eye on a protruding wire (since taken care of) I am thinking. Eye red swollen with pus .....have been putting rxvet it water as a precautionary measure. Been putting tterramycin on her eye 2× daily for 10 days now. Better but still a little swollen. Red...
